Shipping Policy (UK):

All UK mainland orders are calculated with postage kept to a minimum. In some cases we even share the postage cost with you to keep the price competitive. We aim to despatch orders within 24hrs for a 3-4 working day delivery. If you have not received your goods within 5 days, please contact us so that we can trace your delivery. All of our orders can be tracked from the time they leave our depot.

For bulky items or items going to Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle Of Man, Scilly Isles and Isle Of Wight we reserve the right to amend postage charges. In this instance we would not process the order until you have approved the quotation.

Please note that couriers and delivery services deliver mostly during working hours. You may find it more convenient to take delivery at a work address or similar as all goods will need to be signed for. Please submit a complete delivery address to avoid delays or even goods being returned undelivered. Also, please ensure that your parcel is not split, damaged or short on delivery and that you are signing for the correct amount of parcels. If your parcel(s) are damaged or short in any way please sign them as damaged and/or incomplete and contact us at your earliest convenience. If a delivery is signed for as perfect, we will be unable to accommodate any claims for damaged or missing goods.

International Shipping Policy:

International shipping is available through Bulldog Sports. For a free quote please email bulldogsports@btconnect.com with the items you are interested in and the country you wish them to be shipped to. We will endeavour to quote the cheapest and safest modes of delivery. Please note that delivery to non-EU countries may incur import duties and taxes. Bulldog Sports cannot be held liable for any extra duties or taxes charged by customs and excise. Claiming back VAT is also the responsibility of the customer.

Undelivered Goods:

It is your responsibility to ensure that there is someone available to take in your goods and provide a signature at your chosen delivery address. If there is no one available, a card will be left for you to contact the local courier depot for either collection or re-delivery. Should your goods be returned to Bulldog Sports and you choose to cancel rather than have the items re-delivered, you will receive a full refund, less the carriage and return charges incurred by Bulldog Sports. This would also apply if the delivery address you supplied was incorrect or incomplete, resulting in the goods being returned to Bulldog Sports. Should you require a second delivery you would also be charged for that delivery.

Cancellation Policy:

Please email us bulldogsports@btconnect.com if you wish to cancel your order. Provided goods have not been despatched or ordered specifically (such as non-stock or personalised items), cancellations will be accepted.

Non faulty returns and exchanges:

Bulldog Sports are a long established bona fide business operating from a fixed address. We are happy to take back non faulty goods for exchange or refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Goods must be returned unused and undamaged, in their original packaging. Bulldog Sports reserve the right to refuse refund should the goods no longer be of non-merchantable quality. Refunds will be to the value of the goods but will not include any postage costs. All costs for returning goods must be paid by the customer and Bulldog Sports can accept no responsibility for goods that are lost or damaged in transit from the customer to Bulldog Sports.

If the items you receive are not as ordered, Bulldog Sports will cover the cost of returning the item(s) and there will be no charge for re-sending the correct goods.

For your protection we would advise that any returned goods be sent via a secure delivery service. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty Returns:

All goods stocked by Bulldog Sports are subject to a quality control process before reaching you. However, as with all mass produced goods there are sometimes rogue items that appear. Should you experience faulty goods please contact us in the first instance bulldogsports@btconnect.com or tel: (01202) 294223. We will then take details and arrange return of the goods. You will be able to specify a refund or exchange. Bulldog Sports will refund the cost of returned goods to the customer.

Complaints:

All products that we advertise are selected because of their quality and reputation. If you are unhappy with the quality or performance of a product please email us at bulldogsports@btconnect.com.

We constantly strive to maintain and improve our quality of service in all areas. If you feel that you have cause for complaint or a suggestion for improvement please contact us immediately. We will register your complaint, keep you updated on our investigation and notify you of the outcome. Use of Equipment:

Please note that goods must be used at all times in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and recommendations. Any items with a manufacturer's warranty are passed onto the customer. The terms of the warranty are dictated by the manufacturer and Bulldog Sports have no control over this. Customers are advised to complete any necessary documentation as specified by the manufacturer. Any guarantees and warranties offered are in addition to the consumer's statutory rights. Please consult your doctor before undertaking any form of physical exercise.
