Goods:

We use only official suppliers for all brands and products on our sites. All products are sourced from the country of origin and are subject to quality control.

There are many copied & counterfeit goods available in the market place. WE DO NOT SELL THEM
We DO NOT bring in goods through unofficial sources, even if they are legitimate brands.
We DO NOT buy or sell goods through the grey or black market
We DO guarantee all goods (see terms and conditions) and will replace items that are faulty due to a manufacturing process.

Stock:

All stock supplied comes via sea and air transportation. For some brands we rely on an official British importer / central distributor for stocks. Although we carry good stocks of most items for immediate distribution, we are on occasion out of stock of certain items / sizes / colours. Should this be the case we will do one of the following:

Suggest an alternative product / colour
Put your item on back order, giving you an estimated delivery date and keeping you informed of any delays to that date.
Offer you a refund.

Items that are out of stock for more than a few days are usually due to importer / central distributor stock levels. Consequently it is unlikely that any other official UK supplier will have stocks. We aim to deliver out of stock items to you at the earliest opportunity whilst still giving you the option of cancellation if this is not acceptable.
